My name is Chris Dooley. I’ve been bartending in the service industry for 12+ years and at private events for 6 years. I have successfully catered 50+ events with no issues/complaints from the client. I have successfully created my own business, Bottoms Up Bartending! It’s a small business based out of Garland, TX, Veteran-owned as well, USAF.
I provide awesome service for wedding receptions, birthdays, holiday parties, private parties, business events, bachelorette/bachelor parties, and even parties for celebrating your dog's birthday! Whatever the event may be, I will make sure you and your guests will receive the best drinks with the best kind of service.
I can also provide a variety of mixed drink options and carry my own supplies (shakers, bar mat, towels, etc.)
I am certified with TABC (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission) and Food Handling certification approved by the TDSHS (Texas Department of State Health Services).

I hired Chris with Bottoms up Bartending for our Wedding Sunday October 4th. He and his partner Jasmine were AMAZING! They made the night! Chris was responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking process. He answered all my calls, emails, texts, in a timely manner. He offered to pick up ice, mixers and coolers, so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. He went to the venue to scope out the set up, (the venue is an hour from the metroplex). He gave me suggestions and tips. His girlfriend Victoria even made us a lovely Bar Menu to make things easier for my guests. Chris really went above and beyond, when people had taken their seats to eat and he saw they had an empty glass he went to them and filled it instead of waiting for them to come to him 🥰🙏🏼❤️ It truly warmed my heart and made me so happy! I can’t recommend him enough! HIRE HIM FOR YOUR EVENT NOW! 😆

BOOK THIS GUY! Our wedding was significantly more chaotic than we planned and Chris held down the bar like a champ. The multitasking capabilities Chris has are unmatched. We received many compliments about how well Chris performed and will certainly be recommending him to all our soon to be wed friends and family.

Bottoms up Bartending helped make my engagement party a hit. No party is complete without some good alcohol and the bartenders are a must have. Bottoms up Bartending were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. They went above and beyond by bringing things I didn’t have and they even got covid tested for us to ensure everyone’s safety. Chris has made some awesome drinks and he is one of the most professional and he worked around with us to create a custom menu for us and also worked with us to create a perfect cocktail before the party .
I totally recommend them for any party for any occasion. Our guests loved every single drink he made from Martinis to Margaritas to whiskey sour and custom shots ..

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact new clients ASAP, with pricing, supplies, and updates before day of the event. I give clients my cell phone number for faster response and in case of emergency or cancellation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in hospitality at age of 16. I’ve been bartending in the service industrial for 7 years and private events for 2 years. I have created my own company named Bottoms Up Private Bartending, it’s a small business based out of McKinney, TX. I’ve worked in craft bars, high volume bars, and restaurants (as a server).
