- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Kraken Spirits provides customized bartending services based on your guest count, event style, service hours, and bar needs. Every quote is tailored to the event to ensure clients receive the right level of service and presentation. Pricing may vary depending on travel, specialty cocktails, themed décor, custom drink menus, and add-on services. We focus on creating an elevated guest experience rather than offering one-size-fits-all packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about the client’s event, guest count, venue, and overall vision. From there, I help guide cocktail selections, bar setup needs, shopping guidance, and service details to create a smooth and personalized experience. Once the quote is approved, I stay in communication leading up to the event to finalize logistics, timelines, and any custom touches.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am TABC certified and have hands-on experience bartending a variety of private events, themed parties, celebrations, and upscale gatherings. In addition to bartending experience, I also bring over 20 years of professional experience in event coordination, operations, and client service. That background allows me to focus not only on drinks, but also on guest experience, presentation, organization, and the overall flow of the event.
