- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have one package at one price for 5 hours that includes 1 bartender, basic bar setup, cups, napkins, straws, garnishes, coolers, and water station for up to 75 people. You can customize your package to include mixers, ice, additional bartender, rent a bar, rent a tent, specialty cocktails, champagne/wine pours, and additional hours of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the potential client sends an inquiry, we send out a client intake form to help us understand everything the client is wanting for their event. When we review the intake form, we will customize the package and prepare a quote. If the client accepts, then we send over the contract and collect 50% deposit. We will schedule a zoom call with the client to make sure we get all the details for the event and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All bartenders are TABC Certified. Owner is TABC certified and Food Handling Certified with a Nutrition degree.
