Mark removed a very ugly grease stain from our brand new carpet. He first took time to explain the process and pointed out alternative courses of action which helped to allay our fears and concerns immediately. He then went on to effectively remove the stain. Mark is a very competent, efficient, and personable professional. He claimed in his advertising that he has a passion for his work and it was clearly demonstrated by his actions and results. I highly recommend his service and will call this company for any future carpet cleaning or repair that I may have.

We hire him to clean a carpet stain for a client. It was easy to communicate and schedule with him. He was perfectly on-time, fair-priced, completed the work in a more than reasonable timeframe. Good work and would definitely recommend.

He did an amazing job. Cleaning my carpet the stairs. I've never looked better thank goodness because my kids throw up and poop all over my house. And my carpet looks brand-new.

Mark has been cleaning carpets for my management company for 15+ years now and does an excellent job! He is always on time, communicates well, and is easy to schedule with. Even if spots come up later, he will come back to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied! Don't hesitate to use this company, they are fantastic!
