A highly skilled technician, he expertly installed recessed lights and kitchen pendant lights. He is very customer-focused, taking the time to listen patiently to customer needs. Was unfamiliar with how to mount the outlet box on the back side of a quartz countertops. Insisted that the only way in which to mount the outlet box was to cut a large enough opening in the side of the countertop to '... accommodate the inserting of an 'over-the-counter'... ' outlet box purchased at Home Depot outlet box. Further requested payment in full even though he was unable to complete the project. Hired another electrical team a referred to by the countertop vendor and who were more familiar with, and qualified to address the requirement and they very easily and correctly installed a custom/metal outlet box on the backside avoiding any further need to enlarge the existing outlet opening.
