Introduction: Hi, my name is Claire and I’m 26 years old. I have a passion for hosting events. I recently hosted my friend’s bridal shower. After receiving such great feed back, I decided to turn my passion into a side hustle. I enjoy planning and bringing to life Pinterest/ Instagram(able) worthy events.
Any event, big or small, let me help you plan it. From gathering ideas, coordinating vendors, to physically setting up and tearing down, let me do it.
Hosting an event can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. I love bringing visions to life.
I enjoy learning new techniques. I currently spend my free time, researching and creating projects that can be used to take your event to the next level. I also enjoy working with other vendors to hand select the best in the industry.

I cannot rave about Claire enough!! She was everything I didn’t even know that I needed. She made the whole day just such a great experience. She helped with literally everything, even holding my crying toddler during the reception! I wish I had more events that need coordinating 😅. She is by far the best money spent on the wedding!

Claire was exactly what we were looking for in a day-of coordinator! My partner and I didn’t have a bridal party and we really wanted to ease the burden of tasks from our families, primarily our moms. I would give Claire 5 stars every day of the week! Claire was so helpful in managing every detail of our wedding day. She contacted/coordinated with our other vendors prior to the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly once everyone arrived. Our timeline was pretty fluid, and Claire was flexible in making sure nothing was missed. Claire made sure I was stress-free on my wedding day, and for that I can't be more grateful.
