Dave went even further than "above and beyond". He's extremely easy to work with and listens to your suggestions and feedback. His work is top notch and his experience in photography can be seen in his work, everything in an incredible budget. The photos were exceptional! Photo Editing, Scanning and Restoration
I am a wedding and corporate videographer and Dave knocker it out of the park for us. He scanned about 500 photos to digital and did it so quick. We are needing someone every three months to help us out with this and we have now found our guy. I consider him part of our team now. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we get to know i little bit about each other to relax and seeing what the customer wants. Then we will work together. The customer will come back and we'll make any changes/additions/deletions. I will assemble the final product and have the customer review for their satisfaction. When the customer is 110% satisfied, I will l complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in customer satisfaction for 43 years. First being a hardware technician and and the last 34 years being a manager responsible for customer satisfaction. I have over 100 hours in online training in adobe products.
