So thankful I came across Eli! I was needing headshots done for the first time and was clueless about it. He was able to get me in this weekend and was super responsive. From the first communication with David to delivering the final photos, the experience was professional and excellent! All timelines were met. The in-studio lighting and quality (for the professional headshots), as well as the outside pictures (for branding) were exactly what I needed and was looking for. David provided great suggestions, created a comfortable atmosphere, and had strategic directions that helped us capture specific looks and maximize outdoor locations. Truly a photographer’s eye. In addition, David's wife (Jordan) is a makeup artist and fashion consultant so I upgraded to include her services. It was incredibly worth it! She delivered spot-on makeup and clothing suggestions that took the shoot over-the-top. David’s photography combined with Jordan’s makeup/fashion artistry produced pictures that I will use for multiple purposes! I recommend “The 8A Group” without hesitation.

I had booked a two hour session 1130a- 130p at a price of $200 for the session. I arrived at the time and then was called by the assistant saying Eli was running late with no ETA but should arrive with 30-45 minutes. She said we could reschedule or have a discount off the service provided. Being that the drive was about an hour for me I decided I would stay and wait even with my schedule. About 40 mintues later I was able to get into the suite foe the head shots. Previously, we had spoken about doing professional headshots as well as some casual shots being there was an open area downstairs outside as well as a roof top the building over. We finished the head shots at around 12:55 but then was told we wouldn't have time for any other shots.. so we took a very weird picture on a chair against a black background. This was all completed less than an hour - for the 2 hour booked session. After receiving the bill the full amount was still listed and no remedy in sight. I was told we could make up the shoot but am unable due to a move. I think it is very unprofessional to tell clients that there will be a discount to save face and then stick them with the full bill. If I knew this was going to be the case I would have used another professional.
