I requested a deep clean followed by biweekly routine cleaning. Neely did an amazing job. The house was sparkling upon my return. I have 4 teenage daughters, 2 dogs and a cat and I work at least 70 hours a week so you imagine the shape my house was in. It was so nice to come home to a deep cleaned home and relax. I look forward to Neely providing excellent service on a routine basis!

Nelly has great customer service. She was very personable, punctual, kind to my family and I, and diligent in her work. There were a couple minor things that were so insignificant I didn't reach out to her. If I did, she would've came back to correct. For her single handily cleaning my home well and the competitive pricing, I'll be returning back to her.

The service was good but a few things didn't get done. I would suggest informing them what exactly you want done. For instance, our ceiling fans and blinds didn't get dusted and our windows didn't aper to be clean as there was still dust by the locks. Overall, she did a good job o what she did clean though.
