I requested a deep clean followed by biweekly routine cleaning. Neely did an amazing job. The house was sparkling upon my return. I have 4 teenage daughters, 2 dogs and a cat and I work at least 70 hours a week so you imagine the shape my house was in. It was so nice to come home to a deep cleaned home and relax. I look forward to Neely providing excellent service on a routine basis!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I have a regular housekeeper who was ill and unable to clean my house this week so I got on Thumbtack and began my search. They quickly got back to me and were able to clean my house the next day. I requested a general cleaning but feel like I got much more than that. They did an amazing job on my bathrooms, floors , and my kitchen. I would definitely consider them as a regular service if I did not already have someone who has been cleaning my house for 10 years. I will definitely use them again if my housekeeper ever has to cancel and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a housekeeping service.

Nelly has great customer service. She was very personable, punctual, kind to my family and I, and diligent in her work. There were a couple minor things that were so insignificant I didn't reach out to her. If I did, she would've came back to correct.
For her single handily cleaning my home well and the competitive pricing, I'll be returning back to her.

The service was good but a few things didn't get done. I would suggest informing them what exactly you want done. For instance, our ceiling fans and blinds didn't get dusted and our windows didn't aper to be clean as there was still dust by the locks. Overall, she did a good job o what she did clean though.
