I hired Loni to fix my laptop screen. This was my fault because she does everything under the sun and doesn’t specialize in anything. I understand the hustle but RED FLAG. She sent me an additional charge for another item. I asked her to return laptop and she added another “trip fee”. I was trying to work with her on getting my laptop back and she kept giving me another hour I’m estimated time frame. I DIDN’T GET MY LAPTOP BACK. DO NOT HIRE HER.
