We just had CertaPro paint the exterior of our historic home in downtown McKinney and we could not be happier with how it turned out. The crew communicated with us everyday so we were informed every step of the way! They were on time to start everyday and cleaned up before leaving each day. This is the second time we used CertaPro. The first time was on the inside of this same home. Cannot recommend CertaPro enough for doing the job the right way!

Had the exterior of the house painted and some carpentry repairs performed on some trim, including our chimney. Dario and his crew did an outstanding job. Everything completed on time and the house looks new again.

I spent a lot of time researching painters for an interior paint update to my home. I went to the local Sherwin Williams store here in McKinney to explore paint options and I received several business cards from contractors and companies they recommended. I had a total of 6 bids and Certapro wasnt the cheapest or the most expensive - but I felt it was the most comprehensive. This gave me the confidence I would have the best experience with them (especially if something went wrong!). My sales representative was Matt and he provided me with a free color consultation as well. This was a huge perk as I didnt really know what I was planning to do, besides get rid of the awful outdated yellow paint. Tiffany was my color consultant and she was phenomenal. I had picked two colors which my family had used in their home and looked great. She advised me to go with two slightly different colors which would compliment the floors, decor, and furniture. All of this was over my head but after the painting was done I completely see what she was talking about (blue greys vs brown greys - and so on!). We went with Agreeable Grey & two accent walls in St. Barts. I wasnt completely sold on the second accent wall but we went for it and I couldnt be happier. She spent over an hour with me discussing colors and sheens - whereas everyone else just nodded and said what I planned to do was great. Im much happier knowing I went with Tiffanys recommendations.Then the painting begins (next day!). Rodolfo was my project supervisor and he was a pleasure to work with from start to end. He had a small crew and they did a great job throughout the entire project. Going with a professional painter (versus DIY) is a no brainer once you see the amount of prep work they do. They covered every floor and every piece of furniture. My interior required a number of drywall repairs and texturing - they did a flawless job. What would have taken me weeks to do myself they completed in 2 days. Rodolfo leads a great team and produces a high quality final product - Thank you!

We are extremely pleased with the entire experience. Matt was very responsive to all of the questions we had and worked with us when needed to make changes. Having access to a color consultant made us feel that our choices would look great and they do. Phillip and his team were professional, friendly and kept to their schedule. We called CertaPro based on a family recommendation and we are so glad we did. The cost of our project was thousands less than other companies we contacted for estimates.Because the quality of work and reasonable cost, we are ready for another small project.

Amazing experience! Mario Meza was our job site supervisor, Krista Ham was our sales associate. They were professional from beginning to end. Krista worked around my crazy work schedule and came to my house at night for a bid. The bid was more reasonable than anyone else who was just as highly recommended. When the job started, problems are always going to arise with one thing or another. It was quickly handled and well communicated. They took responsibility and kept the job going. They always checked to make sure I was happy. When I made color changes, they worked well with my suggestions. Ultimately the paint job looks AMAZING!!!! They were a pleasure to work with . Also 3 guys on a bedroom/bathroom job got done in 2 days flat! Don't use anyone else!
