- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Prices do not vary much as our primary fence stain will coat any wood perfectly. However Customers should know that we offer cash off the bill for writing reviews, Getting neighbors to partake in business, and large projects in general.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Perfect Coat we like to have a phone call to discuss project details and then we will follow up quickly with a physical estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Perfect Coat employees and contractors have received adequate training to perform all actions they will be taking.
