- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always upfront and based on the amount of space your items take up in our trailer, plus the type of material being removed. There are no hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay. We also offer volume-based discounts for larger cleanouts and repeat customers. Every job includes loading, hauling, disposal, and a full cleanup of the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and customer-focused. When a new customer reaches out, we start by discussing the details of the job — what needs to be removed or delivered, photos if available, and the location. Once we have the full picture, we provide a clear and upfront quote. After approval, we schedule a convenient time for pickup or delivery, often the same day or next day. On-site, we handle everything safely and efficiently, ensuring the area is left clean and ready to use. We finish by confirming the customer’s satisfaction and encouraging feedback or future scheduling.
