- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a Senior/Veteran discount of 10% off your invoice total. We send out weekly invoices that are due upon receipt and payable by any major credit card at a secure online site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, first we like to answer any questions the client might have. Once a new client indicates they want to hire us, we will provide them with a link to a short questionnaire. This allows us to enter their property into our accounting and scheduling system, and send off a Welcome email. The first time on a new property our Jackrabbit Foreman will check for a grass type, toys, debris, access and measure the actual square footage of the turf.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Having spent nearly 20 years in the service industry as a General Manager, I have worked with just about every type of Texan you can think of. I believe the strongest point of my company is our customer service, or as I prefer, our client service.
