Cayn was super quick to respond to our doorrepair and available to come out within 30 minutes. He assessed the situation, went to Home Depot to get a small part and fixed our front door which is working like new now after it warped and got stuck from the summer heat. He also explained to us what was going on and was very nice. We will use him again for other jobs.

I contacted Cayn and told him we were having an issue with our back exterior door, thankfully he was able to book us into his schedule immediately. He showed up and fixed the issue and we are back up and able to shut our door properly and we are all safe again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I check every detail of what they need, how many items, pictures, and any specific info necessary (parking, arrival instructions etc.) to make the job as efficient and seamless as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had a ton of different jobs in the past from construction and landscaping to maintenance work. Plus I have a year of experience doing similar jobs on task rabbit. I have a range of 5 years of experience up to 15 depending on the task at hand.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been good at figuring things out when it comes to a lot of fixing and maintenance work and was looking for something that I could help build to support my growing family.
