    We have professional Interior Designers for outfitting your Airbnb or Vacation Rental with the best furniture and decor to match the area, demographic, and house style. These fees range from $500-$6,000, depending on the size of the property. HOWEVER, our partnerships with furniture providers always provide a discount of $1,000-$15,000. Because of these discounts, all property owners and investors get professional interior design with furnishings and still save money. Our short-term rental management fee is 25% of monthly revenue.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    - We provide a Free professional property analysis for short-term rentals. - We have a professional Interior Designer who can assess the property and design the entire property to maximize revenue. - Our Graphic Designer then mocks up each space of the property with the new furniture that our designer plans for the space so the Property Owners can envision the space and approve the furniture order. - Once the place is furnished, we market it on all platforms necessary and take professional photos to highlight the home. - We always want to pre-launch the listing and block out dates to match the launch date. This allows us to collect revenue for future bookings while making final touches on the property. - Once inquiries start coming in we conduct our full guest-vetting process to ensure the safety of the property and our guests. - We have 24/7 365 guest communication coverage to ensure the best experience possible for ALL guests. - Bookkeeping - At the end of the month we run the books and provide a full analysis of the previous month to the owner to be fully transparent.
