- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering a few basic details to get you scheduled at a time that works best for you. Whether you're calling for a repair or a full system replacement, we tailor the experience to your needs. For service calls, our trained technicians will arrive promptly, perform a thorough diagnosis, and walk you through clear, honest options. No work is ever performed without your approval—our goal is to inform, not pressure. If you're exploring a system replacement, we take the time to understand your home, your comfort needs, and any concerns you may have. One of our System Design Engineers will conduct a full evaluation of your existing setup, including equipment sizing and ductwork design. Then, we’ll sit down with you to review the findings and present options that are efficient, reliable, and right for your space. At every step, we focus on communication, transparency, and doing the job right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling and am a licensed HVAC contractor through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). My foundation in HVAC started with on-the-job experience and has grown through continued training in system design, ductwork layout, airflow diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Before entering the HVAC field, I served five years in the U.S. Navy, working in Submarine Electronics and Computer Systems. That experience not only sharpened my technical and problem-solving skills but also gave me extensive training in communication and teamwork under high-stakes conditions. Just as important as technical training, I believe character shapes how we serve others. As an active member of my church, I strive to live by values rooted in scripture—integrity, service, and humility. That foundation guides how I treat our customers and run our business every day.
