We did try calling you several times yesterday to confirm the appointment time scheduled and never got any answer or response back. Our number we called from is 972-877-6882, Even tried calling today while we were in Irving and still got no answer or response. Also, sent 3 messages yesterday through the Thumbtack App and got no response, so due to the customer not responding back to confirm the scheduled appointment we lost fees of 85.00 on this lead. Also, will not travel to homeowner's house if the appointment is not confirmed.
