I was in some major need for some spring cleaning. .in my garage the most they throw away sofas big chairs etc..they even sanitized, dusted, and stored things for me.she had the man power and took care of everything in a timely manner. I have them scheduled to come back once a month, im greatful & happy with the results. .

They were prompt, friendly, and very thorough cleaners. Only one minor glitch-- they didn't bring a mop for the wood floors, and I didn't have one. But they improvised, so it all worked out. I will certainly call them again!

Had I thought about it I would have taken before and after pictures so you could see the real last minute miracle. They don't really know what a burden they lifted from my shoulders today! I too read reviews to determine if I will buy a product or service. I can be kind, but particular. They were on time allowing me to keep my other obligations. They cleaned and like interior decorators, the way they set things up made my bathroom more functional (added plus)! They throw in little what-nots, of, I'm going just take care of that for you - not knowing what the tip would be if any (appreciated)! Attitude welcoming and professional. Most of all did they do what they were hired to do - clean yes and yes - the guest can come right on in; I don't have to do anything. That's the whole point!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is cheap ! Cheap Cheap ! Especially when my standard cleaning is Deep Cleaning. I Do not do Stand cleaning which is simple cleaning. My Deep Clean is the pricing of Simple Cleaning
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new customer is to build trust between the both of us! I will always get the job done and never disappoint my customers.

I have 10 years of customer service training from working with government jobs. Iso 9001 certified
