They were prompt, friendly, and very thorough cleaners. Only one minor glitch-- they didn't bring a mop for the wood floors, and I didn't have one. But they improvised, so it all worked out. I will certainly call them again!

I was in some major need for some spring cleaning. .in my garage the most they throw away sofas big chairs etc..they even sanitized, dusted, and stored things for me.she had the man power and took care of everything in a timely manner. I have them scheduled to come back once a month, im greatful & happy with the results. .

I had hired 4 different cleaning services over the last few months and they all did a terrible job. I had been waiting to finally find the one company to have back on a 2 week rotation and to also clean my parents home. I was nervous again not knowing what to expect and having had horrible previous experience with the others I hoped and prayed this time would work out. Not only did they arrive and guarantee me I would be happy with their service but they did an outstanding job! Two people came, a man and a woman, brought safe green products since I explained to them my children and I have allergies. He would notice things broken (closet doors not on correct) and fix them without me even asking, just quick fixes. Then I tell them I need 17 bags of laundry done from a big move I had, not only did they come back the next day and do the laundry but they were here the next two days nearly 12 hours total at no extra charge, only wanted to charge me a certain amount but I gave them way more than expected for their hard work and dedication. Now I have them every two weeks on rotation plus my parents have them once a month.

My standard pricing is cheap ! Cheap Cheap ! Especially when my standard cleaning is Deep Cleaning. I Do not do Stand cleaning which is simple cleaning. My Deep Clean is the pricing of Simple Cleaning
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new customer is to build trust between the both of us! I will always get the job done and never disappoint my customers.

I have 10 years of customer service training from working with government jobs. Iso 9001 certified
