I'm a couple weeks late in writing this review. I needed a next day cleaning job done before my family came into town for Thanksgiving. My biggest concern was our bathroom. I sent pictures because I figured I would have to pay for a one room job and I was okay with that. After being told that they could handle the bathroom with no problem, and gave me a very reasonable rate for the entire apartment. I said, "why not" and opted for the full clean. I've paid more money in the past from reputable reviews sites (that rhymes with "help").. for a job that wasn't even close to the work that was done by Rise N Shine. My place still looks great...so great that my husband and I have had discussions about getting their service monthly. I'm sorry that this review is so late, it does not reflect the amount of appreciation I have for a last minute job, at a reasonable price, with an exceptional quality of cleaning. Thanks Ladies!

Actually ALL of the above Nicole & her helper came to do a deep clean at my house to get it ready for an appraisal inspection. She even got along with my 2 pitbulls. I am a very clean guy and I was amazed at the things and details that they hit in their cleaning. Naturally they do base boards like everyone, but I have never seen a cleaning service wipe down inside the kitchen cabinet doors, drawers, etc. Needless to say she is now my replacement cleaning service. Cost effective, detailed and super friendly, but I expect that from midwestwern people. Very down to earth and wants her clients 100% satisfied. Still pumped about the kitchen, which I thought was pretty clean. Thanks Nicole!

I have a general base price but once I speak with the customer the price is adjusted accordingly. of course reoccurring customers receive a discounted price.

I like to communicate with the customer to inquire about what exactly it is they are requesting and also to advise them of what will be included in the cleaning they are requesting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this business for over 10 years. I have done all types of cleaning from residential to commercial, deep cleaning, to striping and waxing floors.
