    I have a general base price but once I speak with the customer the price is adjusted accordingly. of course reoccurring customers receive a discounted price.

    I like to communicate with the customer to inquire about what exactly it is they are requesting and also to advise them of what will be included in the cleaning they are requesting.

    I have been in this business for over 10 years. I have done all types of cleaning from residential to commercial, deep cleaning, to striping and waxing floors.
