Mr. Carlos was very detailed. He gave me a quote and showed me all the things he would need to do. He also informed me that there may be some things he could not see once he started the work that he would need to take care of. He explained that if my items are working and there are no concerns, there is no need to change them. He installed a new sprinkler panel as mine was 20 years old. He was very communicative throughout the process. He is now my sprinkler guy, so if I need anything in the future, I will be contacting him. He also warrants his work and the items he installs, which is a plus!!!

Carlos went above and beyond to get to the root cause of a leak that we attributed to our sprinkler system and was able to confirm the leak cause was actually on our neighbors property. He was very thorough and professional. We will be using his expertise moving forward for all our sprinkler system needs

Carlos responded quickly to my inquiry. When he arrived he explained what he needed to do to evaluate the issue. Once he assessed the issue(s) he explained each one to us with an estimate including parts and labor. Once we agreed to proceed he completed all the work in a timely manner. All in all a very good experience and it’s nice to have our system working as it’s supposed to. I plan to reach out to him for any future work.
