Jack did a bang-up job showing and explaining the issues with the irrigation system. What appreciated the most was he didn't sell me a bill of goods. He addressed what needed to be fixed immediately and told me what was recommended but not urgent at the moment.

First, Gabriel was awesome! My next door neighbor had an appointment with Montiel for today (Wednesday). I had setup thru this app for an appointment tomorrow. When my neighbor told Gabriel that I also had one, he came over and took care of needs as well. Not only did I get the major issue repaired (gushing leak), they also adjusted the spread of all the heads, checked out the system and ensured my programming was good. They also capped some sprinkler heads, leaving them usable if needed the future, that preps those areas for no maintenance landscaping, because no grass will grow in those areas. The quote prior to starting work was very accurate and accounted for best and worst case. I have had work done by others at a different house and I found Montiel competitive and reasonable on their pricing! If I could give 10/10 on stats I would!!

Anthony showed up to my home, I showed him the broken sprinklers that I had and he got straight to work. He replaced 8 broken sprinkler heads in about 90 minutes and adjusted everything so that the sprinklers were spraying correctly. 10/10 service.
