- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay comparable within the industry, but I do look at the circumstances and I give a break to the elderly and the disabled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually discuss the scope of work expected. I like see to the site where the work is to be performed, get a clear understanding of what the customer expects of my performance, and give the best bid that is a benefit to the customer and provides for my needs. If the customer requests or is interested we discuss plant material, characteristics, growth habits, maintenance on-going.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Gardener, trained through Texas A & M. Gardening, flowers, plants and trees are a passion of mine. I study trade journals and magazines and practice constantly. I can't get enough!
