Introduction: I have both designed and staged spaces for resale and personally renovated a number of properties (Midland and in Phoenix, AZ), with over 8 years of experience. I mostly work with real estate investors or people who want to participate, somewhat, in their renovation (do-it-yourselfers), thus saving themselves costly renovation dollars. Some need full design assistance (color coordination, furniture coordination, kitchen and bath design work, and proper staging) that works for their lifestyle. Others simply need advice on how to freshen up a dated look. I have experience working with contractors and subcontractors as well as teaching clients how to hang their own cabinets, the art of simple electrical wiring needs, how to tile backsplashes, repairing floors, understanding paint/color choices, how texture plays a role, etc. I will show my portfolio to serious clients. Whether you want to participate or simply have me handle all aspects of your project for you, you will find me less expensive than a designer, and you'll have fun too boot!
