In this heat, AC is. It a luxury but a necessity. Had a part go out overnight. Reached out around 945am, showed up an hour later and was finished in 15-20 minutes later. Very impressed with the response time and quality of service. Give them a try!!

Bohannin company installed mini split a/c to my garage. They are reasonably priced and showed up on time to finish the job within a day. They sell units energy efficient so that it qualifies tax credit. Although the brand is not the highest tier like carrier/trane, it seems to be a good quality unit and working few weeks no issue. They are also authorized dealer so that I could get 12 years warranty when I registered. I will contact them when I have future project
