My pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the scope of the work, materials required, and time needed to complete the project safely and correctly. I provide clear pricing before the work begins and explain any service-call or diagnostic fees upfront, so there are no unexpected charges.
If additional problems are discovered during the job, I discuss them with the customer and receive approval before performing extra work. Repeat customers may also qualify for exclusive discounts as my way of showing appreciation for their continued trust in Acetroves Electrical.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with listening carefully to the customer and discussing the electrical work they need. I ask questions, review any photos they provide, and schedule an on-site assessment when necessary.
After inspecting the project, I explain my findings, recommend the safest and most practical solution, and provide a clear estimate covering the work, materials, cost, and expected timeline. Once the customer approves, we schedule the job at a convenient time.
I arrive on time, complete the work safely and efficiently, and keep the customer informed throughout the project. Before leaving, I test everything, clean the work area, explain what was completed, and answer any remaining questions. I also stand behind my workmanship and remain available if the customer needs assistance afterward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received extensive hands-on electrical training from my uncle, who was a master electrician. Working alongside him taught me proper installation methods, troubleshooting, electrical safety, and the importance of following electrical codes. Since then, I have continued developing my knowledge and skills through years of practical experience on residential and commercial electrical projects.
