I received a BS degree in 1979. While working in the family business I totally gutted and remodeled three 1800's colonial houses inside and out. I found I loved it and had a talent for it. Since moving to Houston 2 years ago I have done complete kitchen and master bath remodels, moved closets, installed and/or fixed plumbing and electrical. I work alone and do my jobs right,so I don't have to come back. I never liked, or had the time for doing a job over, although my wife did make me remodel the kitchen a second time, after 20 years. I have always enjoyed working with my hands.I enjoy figuring out problems, inside and out,and making them right..

Dan is wonderful and honest. He came in before time and analysed a tricky leak which was due to poor caulking and grout on the bath room tiles. He also assured me that he would come back and fix the sheet-rock when I get the bathroom tiles and grout fixed and the leak has stopped.

Dan did an excellent job! I had a growing list of projects, which included checking and repairing the installations of ceiling fans, installing a candelabra above my stairway, installing two chandeliers, and adding molding to my ceiling. He accommodated all of my requests.

I really like to see the job. Custom work is very difficult to estimate because there are so many variables.Many things are hidden in walls,(pipes,wiring,studs,etc.) that have to be accounted for when estimating home repair or remodel projects.
