My primary business in Interior Design, and I work on projects with a minimum opening budget of $20,000 for furnishings, lighting, window treatments, art and accessories. I offered elevated interior design services for residential projects ranging from one room to an entire home. I also consult on bathroom and kitchen remodels. I have trade only access to custom vanities, mirrors, and lighting. Secondarily we offer Luxury Home Staging on a “First Come, First Serve Basis”. We use neutral elevated palette and add color through artwork and accessories for a transitional look for our home staging projects. Staging is offered as a 90 Day Staging Package with professional design install, professional moving teams and art installation. Package Pricing includes white glove install and move out. We elevate the Staging Experience and it shows. Packages start at $2,700 for smaller jobs and equal less than $1,000 per month. I treat Home Staging projects with the same care and detail that I treat my Design projects, and only use new and photo ready furnishings, and curate each look to the home I stage. I generally stage VACANT homes that are 2,500 square feet and larger. I work with clients or with realtors for Luxury Staging. I want to stage your home with a designers touch to help you have a photo and buyer ready house. In the age of internet- you have an instant to capture a buyer...First impressions are everything. I love working with my Design clients! Nothing is more gratifying than helping my clients turn their house into the home of their dreams! I listen intently, stay in constant communication. If needed, on whole home or larger projects, I make trips to market for specific furnishings to make sure you are getting exactly what you envision for your design. I have added a custom and ready made drape line to my business and can work specifically for the custom or look of custom drapery you desire. I have contacts with contractors, electricians, and carpenters etc. I have experience managing and designing on construction projects. Juliana did an amazing job on a whole home interior design project for me. I have a 3 bedroom/3.5 bath that she basically did from top to bottom. Juliana was always receptive to input from myself and provided numerous options and ideas for the project that I could choose from. Nothing is too difficult for her handle. She is quick to improvise if products end up being on back order or if the client decides they might want to explore other options than the ones she originally presents. She was excellent in finding vendors to work with when it comes to custom made window treatments, etc. The handyman and painter she uses are excellent as well. Overall, she has assembled an amazing team and small business. I highly recommend her for any project, big or small, and know she will continue to amaze her clients for years to come.

J2 did an amazing job staging my house within my budget. They listened to my needs and were able to make some very solid suggestions. Thought the "style" we ended up going with was not what would have originally came to my head, i truly love it. I was comfortable going with it as they explained in detail, room by room, what was needed. They did it in a way as not to offend, but gently lead me in the right direction. They explain shapes, color pallets, lighting and how all of those things intersected to create the proper outcome that each space required. After their insightful and thorough explanation I was all in. They did an amazing job and completed the project before the deadline. They finished the process with a room by room tour and explanation, including a side by side power point of the before an after. Their enthusiasm was contagious and their depth of knowledge impressive. I would highly recommend J2 to anyone wanted staging or interior design advice.

Juliana is wonderful! Our house had sat on the market for almost 4 months and we couldn’t move it. We had a lot of showings but no real offers. I contacted Juliana and we talked about all the pros and cons of the house. She gave us a very competitive estimate and worked hard to get our house ready in time for the weekend shoppers! The furniture and decor and all the details were so high end. I wish I contacted her at the very beginning. After re-listing, we received a great offer (3 days). I’m a true Juliana believer. She and her assistant were so creative. The colors they chose worked perfectly with the home and really made the flow of the house come to life. The pieces she chose for each room made it a luxury must have home! I will never try to sell a home without Juliana again! Cherry on top, she and her assistant were extremely pleasant to work with! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Complimentary Discovery 30 minute phone consultation for Design or Staging clients. This gives me the opportunity to see how I can best help you, hear about your vision and timeframe and help you determine realistic budget for your project. Our second DESIGN CLIENT meeting will involve research and work product from me for your project and has a $350 fee. For Home Staging clients/or realtors: a firm set up fee will be given upon walk through which covers you for 60 days and will not be prorated. The initial fee covers movers to and from the project, labor and furnishings to stage property. At the end of the 60 day period there is a month to month rental fee for home staging. The rental fee can be prorated to accommodate your closing or appraisals etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary Discovery Call to hear about your vision and to determine if we are a good fit for your project with no commitment. Once we decide to move forward we can schedule an onsite visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of The Interior Design Society, featured on the IDS LIST, am member of The Designer’s Society of America, and am a Buyer for Dallas Market and High Point Market. I have worked completely dedicated to Home Design and Home Staging for for 4 years. Previously, I have commercial Interior Design experience. I stay educated, and stay updated the latest Design offerings and trends. I offer the best vendors and best quality furnishings covering a range of pricing. I take every opportunity to attend seminars and educational updates at market with my peers. I also offer Drapery and Windows treatments as I with with custom work rooms.
