- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every installation is not the same, therefore every price is not going to be the same. We provide custom installations and not cookie cutter services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to have a brief phone conversation to see if we are a good fit for each. If we are I'd prefer to come and walk the property in order to give an accurate quote, instead of a guesstimate. After the proposal is received and reviewed we schedule installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend lots of trainings and conventions to stay up to date and beyond the curve of everything that we do.
