- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been redecorating and organizing space for my friends since I was about 6 years old. I moved to LA 12 years ago and got into television production for home design shows that air on HGTV. I learned so much from the designers that worked on the shows and started incorporating it into my own work. When I moved back to Houston, I began designing spaces for friends and that led me to begin my business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common types of consultation involve paint selection.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am just finishing up a complete home remodel in the West U area. We completely gutted the first floor due to a flood in the homeowners house. My proudest moment in this project was when I custom designed the stain for his new hardwood floors and he loved them. I was able to combine my clients love for clean lines with mid century modern furniture and luxurious fabrics.
