He did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. While working, he noticed a leak that I wasn’t aware of and took the time to explain it to me before fixing it. He ended up replacing the pipes/lines as well, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was done correctly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and he left the area clean when he was finished. I really appreciated his attention to detail and honesty. Speaking with new customer about the needs that they have. Helping them understand and articulate what it is going to take to ensure that there needs are met by keeping appointments and phone communication. Answer any questions that they have. To make them feel that they are listened to and understood. I want to help them take the steps to project completion.
