Mr. Harris is a hero! Our 3-year-old threw toys into both of our toilets, and after multiple failed DIY attempts, we were desperate. Mr. Harris responded quickly and came out right away. He was able to fix one toilet promptly, and with the other, he didn’t stop until he found and removed a solid small ball my son had flushed. His dedication, skill, and professionalism were outstanding. On top of that, he was very kind and easy to work with. Highly recommended—quick response, excellent workmanship, and great character!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with new customer about the needs that they have. Helping them understand and articulate what it is going to take to ensure that there needs are met by keeping appointments and phone communication. Answer any questions that they have. To make them feel that they are listened to and understood. I want to help them take the steps to project completion.

I worked in the Facility Property Management business for 10 yrs.
