It was awesome working with the manager Mike. Great attention to details. I needed some junk removed at my rental property last minute. They arrived and immediately began working. They removed all materials and trash from inside the garage and the backyard as well as disposed of it. Reasonable pricing! Will hire again!

I had a large armoire that needed to get down from the second floor with a difficult turn toward the bottom of the stairs...another moving company had already tried and gave up, but Mike and his team got the job done. He was very professional and took great pride in completing the job when others couldn’t. No hesitation in recommending Big Red Junk & Hail!

My pricing is fair. It’s in line with the average amount being charged. I’m also willing to negotiate if it makes sense.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to find out what they need and what there budget is. That way I can do my best to fit in or close to what they can afford. I want to find a price that works for their pockets and my time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of customer service and sales experience. It helps me with being more personable and punctual with my clients.
