- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rate billing for most jobs, including tax returns and monthly bookkeeping. There are some that we cannot bill in this manner. We can discuss this with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the client and evaluate their needs in order to determine whether we can help them or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The business owner is a CPA with over 25 years of experience. She is on-site, works daily in the business and assists clients and the staff with tax and accounting questions. There are two staff accountants and a tax specialist.
