Setting up an appointment to discuss customers specifics one on one. Like the personal interaction to develop a rapport and comfort level.

I attended L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, MD , in French culinary traning. Along with my extensive experience in many different restaurant venues.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's been a passion of mine since I was very young cooking and creating the smiles on the faces of people who have experienced my food first hand.
