Alamo was one of three companies I contacted about the garbagedisposal installation. Justin was very responsive and also took time on our initial phone call to ask questions and provide suggestions and pricing. While it is too early to discuss the work quality since he just installed it, I will reach out to this company again for future appliance repairs.

Justin showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. Parts were placed on order and he returned 2 days and replaced the parts in time. He was respectful of my home and cleaned his workspace. The price was lower than expected as well. Would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer discounts for military, first responder, Healthcare, teachers, and our senior citizens. we appreciate all of you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would need to come out and diagnose the issue that you’re having, we would then give you a quote for parts and labor, if you accept our quote we waive the diagnostic charge. If for any reason you decide to not go with repairs we charge a service fee “diagnostic trip fee”. We offer a 30 day parts and labor warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of on the job training as well as attending multiple manufacture training conventions.
