- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is broken down in material and labor. our labor rates are based on linear and sqft measurement score the project. our labor rates are canned for standard interior remodel situations. Custom work or structural addition are custom priced based on the nature of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Virtual or in person walk thru of the scope of the project, proposal delivery with 48 hrs of walk thru. We are extremely scalable and can start most jobs with 7-10 days of an approved proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of project management and insurance adjusting and a staff that carries over 30 years of experience in the trades.
