- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the average cost for styling in the Austin and surrounding areas. My prices don’t change based on the style itself. Please remember you are paying for my product and tool usage along with my personal time taken out of my schedule and the convenience of having a hair artist come to you and last but not least and most importantly my knowledge of hair! I’ve been doing this for 10+ years. I don’t know everything and there is always something new to learn, but I am good at what I do!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking lots of questions! I wanna make sure that you receive the end result you’re looking for or at the least something similar. I want you to feel and look your best once I’m done working my magic!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a Salon Manager at a Blow Dry Haus in Gruene. l am fully trained on all hair textures from limp and fine to course and curly. I know how to style hair properly while maintaining the integrity of your hair and being able to give you longevity with your blowouts and updos that are sure to last all night/week long!
