- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a normal junk removal haul, we charge based on volume or how much space your items take up. Any demolition services such as hot tub or shed removal will require labor costs. Any construction, tiles, and concrete removal will be at a higher rate because of the weight of the material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple. We get an idea on what items need to be removed or other services that may be needed. We provide a free on site estimate to give the most accurate quote to the client. If the client accepts our estimate, we haul away the items. If not, there is no charge to go out there and we’ll be on our way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education is required, however, I do have a business degree. I also worked in sales as an account manager to improve my communication and customer service skills to provide the best experience to my clients.
