Our coverage area includes the San Antonio area up to South Austin. We have over five years of experience in landscape construction and maintenance services, interior and exterior debris removal, construction cleanup, make-ready, roof rejuvenation, pressure washing and janitorial services. We use commercial equipment for quality and safety. Our lawn maintenance services include the following: * Mowing/Edging * Pruning * Organic Fertilizing * Spring/Fall Cleanup * Blowing * Initial and Reoccurring Grass Cuts Our landscaping services include the following: * Mulching Garden Beds * Poly Edging * Decorative Rock * Planting of Shrubs/Flowers, etc. * Trimming Overgrown Shrubs Our property preservation services include the following: * Debris removal, Interior or Exterior * Construction Cleanup * Make Ready * Roof Rejuvenation * Pressure Washing * Janitorial Services We offer a one-time grass cut, annual and semiannual contracts for single-family and multifamily properties. Along with annual and semiannual contracts, we also provide contracts to best meet each individual need, i.e. weekly or monthly individual services. We strive to do business the old-fashioned way. We provide a great service for a great price, and we understand that time is of the essence to real estate investors. Therefore, we are available to any Thumbtack member requiring any landscaping services and can provide bids on the spot. We carry two million dollars in general liability insurance, and all employees have passed certified background checks.
