- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price includes all modalities such as cupping, taping, scraping, stretching, medical & deep tissue. Anything outside of my 12 mile radius will include a travel charge. 15% discount to all teachers, nurses, military and first responders (fire, ems, police).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to their story. Where their conditions started, how it makes them feel emotionally and what treatment they have sought in the past. That way I can get a full picture of their condition that helps me with my approach on appropriate treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a certified personal trainer in 2008 and focused on corrective exercise, exercise therapy and strength training. Those studies helped me understand the mechanics of the body as a functional unit and is a MAJOR contributor to how I approach massage treatment of my clients. I was also a chiropractic assistant, a trainer at the chiropractic clinic and a physical therapy tech at a clinic. All of which gave me a very broad understanding and respect for the complimentary fields along side massage therapy.
