FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I make it a priority to consistently keep up with the changing market as well as keeping up with continuing education. I am always seeking more education by adding designations to assist my clients in buying or selling their home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I previously lived in California and had no idea about slab foundations; let alone what it meant to have your slab jacked up with piers. Instead of our Realtor educating us she just said it was normal and it had a lifetime warranty. Taking her advice we bought it. That was a nightmare! With that experience I decided I would become a Realtor and not let that happen to my clients. Buying and selling a home is an investment and the more educated a person is the better and smoother the transaction goes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Market an owner's home to sell for top dollar. Help buyer's find their perfect place to call home. Property Management/Investors- maximize cash flow while maintaining the investors assets.
