Josh was very professional and honest. He took care of all the run around we got from our insurance company which not many roofing companies would want to deal with. He took extra time to explain each process every step of the way.

Best roofing experience. Josh really came through for all of our needs. He made the insurance process go from stressful to nothing to worry about and we received a new roof out of it, fully covered by our insurance! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my roof. Superb is our only roofer.

We had hail damage and Josh and his wife took over our project and made it so easy. They dealt with insurance for us, met with our adjuster, and took care of everything. They are both true professionals at what they do and our roof came out looking incredible. Couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We usually always check for wind and hail damage before offering out of pocket replacement. If it’s insurance claim worthy we work for you to get it bought by your insurance. If not, we work with you on whatever needs you have, whether that be monthly payments or other different options.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    It found us after hurricane Florence in North Carolina where a restoration company based out of San Antonio (Basic Roofing) found us and mentored us into becoming business owners.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Always do your research. Never give someone money up front without checking them out first on social media and reading reviews.
