Fabulous experience. This is the first pool company I have worked with where I actually felt like they knew what they were doing and cared more about their customer than lining their pocketbook. Jorge took the time to go over all my issues, explain things to me, let me know what I could take care of on my own and showed me how to do it, and then began tackling the bigger issues one by one. Fabulous example of what a service professional should be. I wish I could give 20 stars.

He showed up early actually and fixed my pool in minutes knowing the problem in seconds making, me feel dumb but he knows his stuff for sure. I told him I know to stay in my own lane!😂 and he did not try to sell me anything expensive or take advantage which is VERY rare anymore. We just left a valve in manual, and all was wonderful.
