I had a good experience with Urban Oasis. I had 3 to 4 quotes to re plastered my pool and spa and Urban Oasis was the most reasonable. Friendly, punctual and professional. When I had a question about my pool, Jorge was always willing to answer and help me. I had a chlorinator hose leak. He came promptly to fix it. I needed the pool ready in time for my Mom’s birthday party. Jorge and his crew made sure it was finished before then. My pool is now is exactly how I wanted it. I definitely recommend Urban Oasis pool and spa to anyone wanting their pool re plastered.

We are super happy with Urban Oasis! Not only did Jorge give us a wonderful deal for our money (it is expensive to replace a pool heater) but he also provided great advice and replaced an old part that could cause us trouble in the future. He was very very nice to work with! We will be using Urban Oasis for ANY future pool needs!
