Introduction: I provide hands on accounting, payroll and sales tax services. My expertise are reviewing and analyzing the accounting, finance and tax situation of the particular company. I then do what is necessary to get the books and taxes caught up first, then prepare financial statements and all delinquent tax returns both payroll and sales tax returns. In most cases, improvements in the accounting processes are needed, including complete installation of new accounting systems. I have many years experience in both QuickBooks and Peachtree systems. I am a retired CPA with experience both in public and corporate accounting.
