The electrician was very professional and made sure to clean up after himself. My issue is that the job seemed expensive for what I needed done. Because of the price I was only able to have one of two projects done. Later, I checked with others and was told that the price I paid was high and that I didn’t “need” the upgraded box that the electrician said his company required. I wasn’t putting in a ceiling fan, just a small light fixture. Even though the work quality was good, I probably won’t use them again due to the high price.

Shane did his usual super job fixing an electrical problem associated with a garage 240hour security light. He is the only person we have used for electrical work for the past several years, and will be our "go to" guy for as long as possible!! He and his entire team our the best!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide straight forward pricing so you know down to the penny what the cost will be before the work is started. We will gain your approval before starting any work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After scheduling an appointment we will send a confirmation of service. We will always notify our customer 30-45 minutes prior to arrival and send a picture of the technician coming to the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly trained and skilled. We perform weekly training with our team as well as State required continuing education courses.
