We needed 2 TV’s mounted and the first guy who was sent out wasn’t competent and we ended up having to tell him we were going with someone else. We contacted the company and explained what happened and Kendra apologized profusely for the experience and said she would send someone out to fix the issues and have the job done free of charge to us. 48 hours later we had the pleasure of Jackie coming to right the wrongs. He was competent and got the job done plus volunteered to help move a dresser in record time. He was friendly, respectful and most of all, we were comfortable having him in our home. The company didn’t charge us but we were so pleased with Jackie that we tipped him and would be happy to work with him again. Thanks Kendra for sending him to us and for making things right.
