- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are hourly or have a flat rate. Price difference between standard and deep cleans. How much more will it be if I go over the hours I'm paying for? How much more Appliances are?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is getting all the important information that I need, giving the customer an Estimate price for the job. If the customer would like to send me pictures I will allow that. Then I'll set up a date and time to come out to look/ do the job for them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training that I have now is sanitation training.
