I would choose all these attributes if I could. Alain arrived early and we were on our way in a very pristinely clean Tesla with heated seats and all. Very nice, safe ride to the airport! I definitely recommend!!

We had a great experience! We used this service to take us to and from a concert. The driver was punctual (early) with a very nice very clean car. Our driver was extremely nice and respectful as well. It was very easy after the concert to find our driver for a very easy get out. Would definitely use this company again!

Everything was perfect! I made a last minute reservation and Alain was great at communicating. He showed up to the location early, made sure my daughter and her prom date were happy and safe. The Tesla was very clean! I will definitely contact Alain next time I need a car for an event!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first listen and want to understand the need of the customer.
Once, the needs are understood, we expose different solutions.We help the customer make the best decision not only logistically but also financially .
Communication is the key!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to travel for work and had several bad experiences with the typical ride shares and even some car service.The level of professionalism wasn’t there. So I thought certainly I am not the only one in that situation. I rather pay a little more and know that I am getting a high level service. And that is how e-luxurtransport came to life
