Comfort Crew provides great care for our dogs! We've used them during extended vacations and also for occasional single afternoon visits. Belinda and Daniel go above and beyond! They always spend a lot of time playing with the pups and showing them love so that they don't feel lonely. They've even stayed extra time to keep the pups company during scary thunderstorms! Every time we travel, we call Comfort Crew. The email updates after each visit keep us updated during our travels. It's great peace of mind having them take care of our fur babies!Dec 9, 2015
Comfort Crew Petsitters have been wonderful! I have used them for over a year to take care of our three dogs 3 times per week. There have been occasions I've had to cancel or add a visit without much notice and they are very flexible. The first thing that impressed me was that they leave a detailed description of the visit each time they are there--no guessing if the petsitter showed up or not. Another thing that is great is the PayPal billing because it is wonderfully convenient! Daniel is very good with our dogs and I highly recommend them :).Oct 9, 2014

We saw your cats in March 2016 and this is the 1st I have heard that you were unhappy. I have reviewed all 5 of the journals that were sent for you scheduled visits and we only received one response from you and it did not have any concerns. We at Comfort Crew are very sorry you and your kitties did not have a good experience. We try very hard to please and would have tried to correct anything that you felt we did not complete to your satisfaction. Our Only Response from you on the journals that were sent: Daniel (sitter) They both met us at the door. When i picked up one of the wet food bowls Tsu Tsu went crazy. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We schedule a meet and greet to meet each client and the animals we will care for. During our meeting we discuss what the client would like their visits to include and learn about their pets requirements, likes and dislikes. Favorite toys, hiding spaces and habits. This helps us make sure they have the best experience possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have been in business since 2008 and taken care of many pets. We have been trained in pet first aide and CPR and work to be you and your pets provider of choice.
